I'm having an issue when i run one query from my on prem SQL server. This same statement has been working fine for many months but all of a sudden can take up to a minute to return a result. When the statement (using the same parameter) is run from my SQL studio, it takes 3 seconds to complete.
None of my other queries respond like this.
I've tried deleting the connection and re-adding it. I've even tried running it from a different environment with a whole different Connector... I get the same result.
Has anyone else had a similar issue? I'm at a loss.

If I understand correctly, you have only one query return results slowly or even failed, while other queries which using same gateway connect to the same table in that on-premise SQL Server all worked fine?
If so, it's hard to tell what the problem is. If the issue persists for long term, maybe you'd better rise a ticket on support page for more support:
