This seems to be a recurring problem, as highlighted in this online thread. The solved solution didn't yield the expected result, since I have successfully set the correct PATH:
> where msbuild
C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Visual Studio\2022\BuildTools\MSBuild\Current\Bin\MSBuild.exe
but I have not tried packing with Visual Studio yet. A user inside the thread didn't get any good results either, so I will not try.
The last message pointed to a missing value. I have attached both the text log and the binary log, hoping I would finally have a solution.
