Hi,
I was trying to use WhatsApp channel thru Twilio in Dynamics 365 Omnichannel.
I had set everything, and it validated without issues.
But when I send message to my number, the Inbound URL seemed do nothing.
I had check with Twilio debugger/log, there was no error, and it received my messages, and succeeded hit that Twilio Inbound URL.
Is there anything that I can do to check with that Twilio Inbound URL?
Couldn't find anything about it, the domain for the endpoint was omnichannelengagementhub.com.
Any advices will be appreciated.
