Hello everyone,
I wrote an app using Power App, which I then published.
Now I have given the permissions to other members in my cloud, but the app is not even visible.
What can I do?
Greetings Manny

Did you share the app with the other members?

    Hello,
yes, I followed all the steps exactly as described.
I have shared the app with another user and he also gets the notification that the app is being shared with him.
But he can't find it in Power Apps. A link to the app doesn't open the app either.
Could it be that our organization admin needs to make a setting?
    Regards, Manny

    Hello Manny,

It sounds like you're facing an issue where the app is shared, but your team members can't see or access it in Power Apps. Here are a few steps you can try to troubleshoot this issue:

    1. Check Sharing Settings:

    • Ensure that the app is shared with the correct users or groups.
    • Verify the sharing settings:
      • Navigate to your app in Power Apps.
      • Click on Share at the top right.
      • Add users or groups you want to share with.
      • Set appropriate permissions (e.g., Viewer, Co-owner).

    2. Check App Visibility:

    • Ensure that the shared users are using the correct environment in Power Apps where the app is published.
      • Go to Power Apps > Apps.
      • Ensure the correct environment is selected on the top-right corner.

    3. Check Permissions:

    • Confirm that the shared users have the necessary permissions to access apps in your organization.
    • If your organization has strict security policies, ensure that the user isn't blocked by any security settings or policies.

    4. Check if Admin Needs to Adjust Settings:

    • It’s possible that your organization’s Power Apps administrator needs to adjust settings.
      • Ask your admin to check the Power Apps environment settings, including user permissions and policies.

    5. Try Direct Link Access:

    • Sometimes, apps don’t appear in search.
    • Share the direct link to the app:
      • Navigate to your app in Power Apps.
      • Click Share > Copy link.
      • Share this link with the user.

Please click Does this answer your question if my post helped you solve your issue. This will help others find it more readily. It also closes the item. If the content was useful in other ways, please consider giving it a Like.

What happens when the user selects the link sent to them?
