If its a SharePoint List, you could do comments or add a column for notes. If this is in an app you could do a gallery control with a text label referencing a list. Can you give us more details?
I preface by saying I'm relatively new to PowerApps. Essentially, I have a Dataverse list where various books are stored, sorted by different fields such as Title, Author, ISBN, etc. Through a gallery, users can view the details of each book. I would like to add the ability for users to leave a review on the information page of the selected book, similar to what Amazon does, and so on for all books.
