Randomly seeing "FlowName.Run failed: The request was not sent or there was no response from the server. Check your internet connection." for some users

Hi Folks,

I have a canvas app directly connected to SPO which allows users to upload invoices with some metadata. All the exceptions in canvas app are send to azure app insights. I've been noticing the error "The request was not sent or there was no response from the server. Check your internet connection." being returned for some users (multiple times for same users) randomly. This is mostly noticed for the flow responsible for uploading the invoice document. But recently started seeing for flows responsible for retrieving config data as well (from SPO and custom endpoint).

What can be the cause of this. Also the users who faced the errors have successfully submitted invoices in the past and after the error as well. So the errors are not user specific. How can I troubleshoot this to get the exact issue? Our team has never replicated this error.

Any suggestions to find more info on this will be helpful.

Thanks

did you check if they have the right permission on your datasource?

    Hi @mmbr1606

The application and related data source is shared with end users via a single AD group. This AD group is also given basic user permission to the power platform environment. So if the user is not part of the AD group, they will not be able to open the app itself.

Also like I mentioned in original post, the users who faced the errors have successfully submitted invoices later/in the past.

    Thanks
