We use Zoho as my email and collaboration suite. A few of us created a microsoft account using our work email hosted on Zoho. We all seems to have got individual accounts. Is it necessary to migrate onto O365 to be able to have a team structure in PowerApps with single billing method to pay?

I have the same question (0)

PowerApps and Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365) are separate services, and you do not need to have a Microsoft 365 subscription to use PowerApps. However, having a Microsoft 365 subscription, specifically an E3 or higher, will give you access to additional features and capabilities in PowerApps such as team collaboration, shared components and connectors, and the ability to use PowerApps Portals.

It is possible to use PowerApps with a Zoho email and collaboration suite, but in order to have a team structure and a single billing method for payment, you will need to have a Microsoft 365 subscription. With a Microsoft 365 subscription, you will be able to create a team in PowerApps and invite other members of your organization to collaborate on apps and use the service with a single billing method.

If you are interested in using PowerApps and Microsoft 365 together, there is also an option to add PowerApps and Flow to your existing Microsoft 365 subscription. This will give you access to the additional features and capabilities of PowerApps and Flow while still using your Zoho email and collaboration suite.

You can also use PowerApps' Power Automate (formerly known as Microsoft Flow) to connect and automate processes between Zoho and PowerApps.

In summary, you don't need to migrate to O365, but having an O365 subscription will give you more features and capabilities in PowerApps and the ability to have a team structure and a single billing method for payment.
