Power Virtual Agent error code 3000

Hi,

I created a new PVA chatbot in Teams. after published it, when I open it in Teams, I got message below.

Sorry, the bot can't talk for a while. It's something the bot's owner needs to address. Error code: 3000. Conversation ID: a:1cFUnnHL0EIg10PQvkhQYCjU5fnkUUwag4bqEHdCR-RUt5emwkiRrlpdcDgM-gP1fN1VXFBpYj0zqsflSpenOLzcziUrYIzmopN4CF8A0vd53E7Jo-S1zerjf8nG_xTCw. Time (UTC): 3/15/2023 11:27:56 PM.

I did some test in the test bot, and it seems everything is fine. but it cannot be used by the user. What should I do differently?

An error 3000 often means that a Power Automate Flow inside the bot is having problems. Do you have a flow in your bot that might be expecting some parameters for the user or other?

From the logs, I can see this in Teams and based on the error message, it may be the user may be using an older cached version of the bot.

To force the cache clear, you can sign out and back in the Microsoft Teams client. If this does not solve the issue, I recommend contacting customer support.
