Error connecting power apps with fabric

Tried to "Link to Microsoft Fabric" in power apps tables but I am getting the error:

"We ran into an issue: Creation of Fabric Lakehouse failed. You can try again, if this issue persists please contact support. Correlation Id: 2d86cfcb-c0f8-4ace-ab51-16ccddd0fecd."

I also tried in a different power apps environment and got a similar error:

"We ran into an issue: Creation of Fabric Link failed. You can try again, if this issue persists please contact support. Reason: CreateAndActivateProfileForFabric.CreateProfile failed: Message: An internal error occurred, the profile is in Error state.; ErrorCode:1024;Details:;errorUri:;CorrelationId:;Parameters : [] Correlation Id: c0aaf889-a6c3-4794-9a09-8bdb59337a5c."

How can it be solved ?

Also have the exact same error about the creation of Fabric link failing. Tested with an environment that we didn't use during the preview as well, none of our tables seem to synchronise and replicate in dataverse storage at all.

Same at our end. We get the same error on an environment that we didn't use during preview. We tried unlinking Fabric a few times and linking it back to Fabric. Sometimes we get an error immediately and the Lakehouse doesn't get created in Fabric. Sometimes linking process takes a little bit longer and the Lakehouse gets created but the linking process still ends with and error. We don't see any dataverse tables available in Managed Tables.

Same issue here. It looked like the Lakehouse was created but empty. I ended up deleting the botched resources created after the error message. When I try to link the Power Apps to Fabric a second time, I get a message that states the environment is already linked. It never worked, and now it is beyond repair.

Exactly the same issue here. Empty Lakehouse.

It seems like this error is mentioned in troubleshooting. I missed this and ended up deleting the empty Lakehouse. We have another admin attempting to set this up, and if that does not work, we will submit a support ticket. 🤞

MS support provided a work around for us - we had to track changes on the bulkoperation entity, unlink from Fabric, wait a few minutes and then re-link. Actually appears to be working the data is now in the process of synchronising. No idea if that workaround is specific to our environment only (our data source is Dynamics).

Thanks so much for sharing the good news. So just enabling tracked changes on that entity, removing the link and the trying to link again fixed it. How did you remove the link? Did you just delete the resources in Fabric or was there some interface? I will give this a shot

It seems this is issue is becoming more prevalent, we have already un-linked but now when we re-link the same error appears each time, it is like MS did not do a clean-up of files on there side when unlinking, does anyone know of another method to fix this, as waiting for MS support is taking so long and operations has been without reporting for almost 2 weeks now ?

issue with the environment setup, Fabric Lakehouse creation, or permissions.

    pls try the following:
Navigate to Microsoft Fabric Admin Portal (via Power BI or Azure). Review existing profiles and their status: If profiles are in an error state, delete them and retry. Ensure no conflicting profiles for the same table are being created.

@SaiRT14 Can you be a bit more specific, what profiles are you talking about, I do not see this setting in the Fabric Admin Portal; I am Fabric Administrator I can see everything?

Also be more specific before making your reply a suggested answer.
