How can I get data from Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM

Hi Community, I would like to know if it's possible to get data from Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM, I see it the documentation and they have an API REST API for Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM - Get all employees 

 

but I'm, newbie with the API's thanks.
