Hello Everyone,
Greetings for the day!
We have one scenarios as below points
1. we have built one chat bot in PVA.
2. Bot prompts asking questions to user like which software to install.
3. once user selects software to install bot asks Ultra viewer credentials.
4. once user inputs credentials then bot takes RDP and installs necessary software on user machine.
Now the question raises here is....
if bot is doing action for first user how to handle second user at the same time?
if second user asks the bot to install other or same software how can the PVA handles such scenarios?
Note: Here desktop flows also triggers for software installation
Answers will be really appreciated, thanks a lot in advance.

Hi @itsmegovardhan, If I understand your question correctly, yes bot can run in parallel for multiple users at the same time.
Are you facing any challenges or issue doing that?
