I am a user from China. I found the speed of PowerApp is very slow in Developing Stage.
Everytime when I save or edit the page. The save processing will spend more than 20 seconds. And sometime the save processing will failed. Even I use the

One thing you can check is the regional settings of your environment. If you choose a region that is geographically closer to China (eg, Asia), this can provide better performance compared to a region such as the US.
Due to the tight networking restrictions in China, performance can be slow. The following link may provide some information that can help.

Whilst this article applies to Microsoft 365, the same concepts also apply to Power Apps (e.g., using a corporate VPN to move your networking endpoint outside of China).
