Hi,
I have a custom SharePoint form in PowerApps with multiline text fields and rich text editors. For one field, I used Reza Dorani's tutorial on how to show append changes in my PowerApps form hoping it would fix the problem. It works great but I keep running into the same problem. The text is saved, append changes are shown with a timestamp. But as soon as I go in and edit the 3rd or 4th time, all the data in the multiline text fields disappear while other single line text fields and choice fields are fine. Some multiline text fields are required and some are not. In my SharePoint list they are set up as multiline text fields, rich text, and append changes is enabled. I tried everything from deleting the fields in powerapps and adding them again. Even changing the multiline text fields to plain text and disabling append changes but I get the same problem. I also tried changing default values and update values with no luck. The text disappears including the append text which has timestamps. I searched online for the past 3 days and this doesn't seem to be a common issue because I have not seen any discussion about it from other people. What am I doing wrong? Please help.

ScreenShoots with one sentence explanation on image would maike it easy to solve issue.
@eisuan that’s what I’m challenged with. I don’t know what screenshots to provide because I don’t know where the issue is coming from. I don’t have any errors in my powerapps form. My form seems to work fine up until I edit the record then my text vanishes. Shortly after I sent this cry for help, I went into my sharepoint list and my data disappeared again. In my initial message, image1 is a screenshot of my field settings in sharepoint. Image2 are my fields in powerapps form showing the append message and other multiline text box with my data. Image3 shows my form in powerapps with no errors. I reverted back to a sharepoint form (see attached) and you can see the data I entered many times that disappears in my powerapps. Any idea why powerapps doesn't want to keep my data in multiline text fields?
I didn't mean to accept this as a solution so I will repost.

Where is it going? Why doesn’t powerapps store my data? What am I doing wrong? Please help.
