How to cal OB Bound Function from classic workflow

Hi All,

 

How can I call OOB bound function from classic workflow 'Perform Action' steps ?

CalculateTotalTimeIncident

I know, we can write custom workflow activity code and also create custom Action/API then call these from OOB workflow. But I would like to know if it is possible to call OOB without writting any code?

    Hello,

    As far as I remember there is no OOB way of doing it - you will have to either develop custom workflow activity or action to enable it for the workflows.
