Reset form from a navigation component

I have created a component menu to navigate my app. In of the pages is a form. It can either display the form already filled out with information from Sharepoint (accessed through a separate gallery screen) or it should display a blank form to be filled out accessed through the navigation menu. I can't seem to figure out how to get the form to reset to blank when screen is accessed through the menu. Is there a way to do it using the custom properties in the component. Or Is it easier just create separate screens for the two different information that will be displayed in the form?

Hi @Teacher-Hartman I'm facing same issue and posted the query as well . not received solution .
Where to put this code you suggested- NewForm(yourformname); Navigate(yourformscreen)

Put a button on the screen outside the edit form, give it text property "New" and OnSelect, your formula above-mentioned.

Hi @Drrickryp

if I will add new button on other screen with formula, how the Component menu will work ? it will reset form in case only if Button is press however I want user to select New form from Component menu and than it will reset form and show as new form all time

Put NewForm(yourformname) in the OnVisible property of the target screen.

Hi @Drrickryp can you please advise how can I use reset form, its not working from On visible property, I have break my form in 2 different screen Scren1 and Scren2 , form1 and form2 and I added "go Back" button on form2 so that user can go back and see details what has been filled up on form1 if required, however if I am adding reset and new form commands on On visible property of Screen1 form is getting reset in case of new form, as well as at time of filling up form if user click go back button it vanish all data. please help suggest variable on go back button. so if user click new from component menu it give new form and if user start filling up form and on 2nd page and want to go back on first page details will remain there. Please help
