Hii team,

I have a couple of flows in Power automate.

2 of them are triggers flows, 2 of them are one drive flows.

1. Only 2 flows (the trigger flows) are appearing in the power automate Call an action option. Other two (onedrive flows) are not appearing.

2. SInce I was not able to call the flow from here , I selected the create a new flow, and tried run a child flow. even then the one drive flows are not appearing here.

I am also not able to "When a file is created" in Onedrive for business inside anywhere in this flow.

But I am able to create a new flow with "WHen a file is created"

    Hi @tartutic07 ,

The requirement to show the workflows on the "Call an Action" inside PVA are:

    - Power Virtual Agents trigger (first action in your workflow)

    - Power Virtual Agents response (last action in your workflow)

    - Power Automate use the same environment and credentials that your bot has been created

Also, Power Visual Agents are not able to use flows from "My flows" folder on Power Automate portal; PVA bots can only use flows stored in Solutions on Power Automate side.

If you need to move your flow from "My flows" folder to a Solution, the process is described here:

    https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-virtual-agents/advanced-flow#optionally-move-a-flow-from-default-solution-to-another-solution

Generally, the best practice would be to create flows for Power Virtual Agents by using ":create a new flow" option in PVA, because it will automatically select the right type of trigger for the flow and will save it in the right place for the bot to see and use it.

I went through "Create a flow"  so that PVA trigger is in the first and last action of the workflow. (Refer: the last picture in the post , I think this is what you are saying) @renatoromao  ,

Regarding your workflows/solutions, in the screenshot is appearing outside solutions.

You can see this topic: https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/General-Power-Automate/Add-existing-flows-to-Solutions/td-p/258103

Regarding workflows created using PVA, all workflows have been created in Solutions >> Default solution.
