Hi,
I want to create a clustered bar chart which will show the trend of number of requests opened and closed month on month. I guess this is not possible in Powerapps with the simple chart options it offers? I am attempting to build the same graphs in Power BI and then I will import the tiles. Is there any way to auto-update the PowerBi tile as soon as my Powerapps data gets modified on the app?
Regards,
Aakash
Hi @Anonymous ,
Do you want to refresh Power BI tile control within an app?
Refreshing a Power BI tile is not supported within PowerApps currently, if you would like this feature to be added in PowerApps, please submit an idea to PowerApps Ideas Forum:
https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/PowerApps-Ideas/idb-p/PowerAppsIdeas
Currently, you cold only refresh the Power BI tiles within your Power BI dashboard, and then re-create a new app, within the new app, add a Power BI tile control again to connect to your Power BI content.
Best regards,
Mona
Hi @v-monli-msft ,
Thanks for replying. I have an idea. Can I set Power BI's scheduled refresh for my dashboard to every 15 mins where the data source is same as for my app in PowerApps? So let's say I update my database in powerapps and add a power BI tile in it and after 15 mins expect the power BI tile to reflect the update? Do you think this will work?
