I have a user that is licensed for Power Virtual Agents Trial. When I try to sign in, I get the following error message:
I have tried incognito, different browsers. Adding the license in Admin Center, then adding the license again.
I haven't seen that error before. Can I ask that you open a support request for deeper troubleshooting? Get Help + Support in Power Platform - Power Platform | Microsoft Learn

So I have tried that. But they do not give me an answer apart from something that I have already tried.
I am new to this, so I might have some problems with my account that I have not realized yet.
I have an Office 365 E5 subscription, with all accounts with licenses Power Platform, and Virtual Agents etc.
Can you share the support request number?
Okey so I got it working now...
Turned out my the region I was using did support PVA.
I created a new environment, in region United States. And it worked right away!
