Why do graphics expire from emails sent from PowerApps a day after they are sent? How can I permanently embed them?

Helloooo!!

I can send email from my PowerApp using Office365Outlook.SendEmailV2() and successfully embed the image. I've tried multiple ways of embedding the image (referencing a thumbnail from a SharePoint doc lib, "reading" the images into a Collection, etc.) and they all work fine, at least initially -- the image is properly inserted into the email, and all is well.

But a day later, when I open the email again, I get the dreaded "missing image" icon, and that image is lost, so the email (using Outlook with an Exchange server) appears broken.

Is this an email thing? What setting (and where) should I change?

Many thanks for the fine work you all do here -- truly a go-to site for PowerApps makers!

So no one has an answer or even a suggestion...?
