I've built a basic app with a Copilot front end. The data source is a Sharepoint list. I can run the app as the account that created it successfully. If I share it with another account, when the second account tries to open the Power App, an error is displayed:
This app isn’t opening correctly
{"error":{"code":"InsufficientActivePlanForApp","message":"The user with object identifier 'OID' in tenant 'TID' does not have an active plan with sufficient policies to use this app.","details":[{"code":"InsufficientPlanForPremiumApis","message":"The user with object identifier 'OID' in tenant 'TID' does not have a plan with sufficient policies to use premium APIs. Premium API<truncated>
Both accounts have user accounts are in the System Administrator and Basic User roles for the development environment. Both have Microsoft Power Apps Plan 2 licenses. Both have been approved for Copilot access.
I suspect either the correct licensing isn't in place (though I'm not sure what it would be). Anyone else seeing this error?
There may be other options, but granting the "Power Apps Per User Plan" to the account I was sharing the Copilot Power App with eliminated this error.
