I remember seeing someplace the ability to change the default style of the Bot? Something like Witty, Intellectual, General, humorous etc....

Was I thinking something else?

    I dont think so.

    We have some AI capabilities from PVA, but you can't change the conversation type.

    Maybe you saw something like Chatbot style from design/layout not from a conversation perspective.
