ID appears twice in Powerapps gallery

Hello

 

I have a gallery that links to an on-premise SQL database in the backend.  It used to work 100% but suddenly it displays 2 similar ID's in the gallery (I only want to see 1 ID for each record and the SQL table only has 1 entry per ID).  This is my Gallery - Items code:

Can you please assist me with this error?
