Confusing Error: "SystemError -something unexpected happened"

Some users using a functioning Copilot in Teams get the error:
 

"Sorry, something unexpected happened. We’re looking into it. Error code: SystemError. Conversation ID: ........................"_

Can someone please help identify what the problem is? Testing the copilot in Copilot studio does not produce this error.

    Hi  BMAUK.
     
    Most of the times this error is cause due to permissions.
     
    Verify that the copilot has the correct permissions set in both Teams and Azure AD, and that all required permissions are granted consent by an admin.
     
    We have also faced similar issues if users are on different network setups. Somtimes network-related issues might be causing timeouts or connection drops, resulting in a SystemError.
     
    Also check if the affected users have proper access to all the resources.
