We have one tenant for which we can't use Exchange Online. Is it still possible to install the CoE Start Kit? I know that during the installation process I need to set-up different Power Platform Connectors, one of them is Office 365 Outlook. Can I "use" that connector even if my account don't have access to Exchange Online? I know that all Email-Related components of the CoE will not work but for now we would only need the Admin Overview.
