Hello there,
I saw a template on MS Power apps like below where two galleries are used, and one gallery has a clickable question pane that filters the results of the second gallery on the right with answers, and images . To achieve this I created a Sharepoint list with questions, answers and images populated in the same row. Thank you so much for help

Based on what you are showing, you do not need to use a second gallery as long as all of your data for a selection is contained inside the same row. Instead you can place a Display form on the side of your gallery to show the contents of the other fields. In the screenshot below, the Item property of both the gallery and the display form is the same list (productlist). The Item property of the form is Lookup(productlist,ID=Gallery1.Selected.ID)
You can select as many fields to show in the display form as you want, including a picture if one is saved in the list. The main reason for using a second gallery would be if there is a one to many relationship between two lists.
