Table(
{Name:Substitute("1 hour"; "{0}"; "1"); Minutes:60};
{Name:Substitute("2 hours"; "{0}"; "2"); Minutes:120};
{Name:Substitute("1/2 day"; "{0}"; "3.5"); Minutes:240};
{Name:Substitute("1 day"; "{0}"; "4"); Minutes:480}
)
Cependant lorsque je sélectionne "1 day" (dans la dropdown) aucun rendez-vous ne m'est proposé.
Auriez-vous un moyen de résoudre ceci ?
Hi @Yves-Quentin ,
According to your description, I assume there is no meeting provided when only selecting "1 day" .
If the assumption is true , let me explain why you encountered this problem:
The point is to set the start time and end time of the meeting.
Firstly, the meeting time is UTC time on the meeting screen.
The maximum range of meeting time defined by Outlook is 8 am to 5 pm. (This refers to UTC time)
We can set this range, but cannot exceed this maximum range.
Secondly, It is important to modify this range.
For example, If I am in China and I want to set the maximum range of meeting time, I should do this:
1\ Find the formula for the onselect property of the ‘MeetingDateSelect1’ control:
/* The content in the red circle is to be modified
UTC time add 8 hours is the time in China
If in China, the local time in the picture is 8AM-5PM, and the range of meeting time is 0AM-9Am(UTC time).
So the real meeting time range is 8Am-9AM.( The intersection of ‘0AM-9AM’ and ‘8AM-5PM’)
*/
2\ Modify the formula:
/* The content in the blue circle is the modified content
UTC time add 8 hours is the time in China
The real meeting time range is 8Am-5PM.
*/
3\ Modify the Text property of ‘Title2’ label control in ‘FindMeetingTimesGallery1’ control to:
Text(DateTimeValue(ThisItem.StartTime), DateTimeFormat.ShortTime)
4\ The result is as follows:
