Edit Form not Displaying

Hello Everyone,

I made a power app form, where I provided the submit button. The data in the field is saving in SharePoint, but it's not displaying after clicking on the edit button. 
 
Can anyone help me with this issue?

    • What type of field is it
    • What type of control are you using to write to it
    • What is the Update of the Data Card
    • If a drop-down, what is the Items and Default or if Combo Box DefaultSelectedItems
    • What have you changed from the standard code that Power Apps would have written for you
