Hi,
i am in the process of trying to install power platform Centre of Excellence starter kit. However i am unable to create the database as there is not enough capacity, currently only have 1Gb tenat defualt allocation. Can you advise the best method for purchasing/allocating additional capacity. i have looked at several pages and none are overally clear how to action this.

From the Admin center for Office 365 you can purchase additional capacity.
Billing > Purchase Services
