Avoid admins being added to model driven apps

I just did some digging why we could see admins in the share settings. In another thread there was suggestions it was some scripts. I found out however it is only for Model Driven Apps. Not for Canvas Apps. Is there any way to prevent admins being default added to Apps? As an example we are building an HR app, and we dont want Admins to have default access to the data.

Is your question about canvas or model-driven?

When I create an canvas app my user is added in the Share section and only my user. However with model driven apps it looks like below. Properly because they are Power Platform Admins.

Hi @sega2 ,

If your users have the role of system administrator, then model driven will automatically share with them.

This is by design.

You could copy a system administrator role.

Modify the read property of the model driven of the new role.

Replace system administrator with new role.
