Unable to Access CoPilot Studio Environment Despite Being Licensed and Assigned System Admin Role

Hi everyone

 

I’m currently facing an issue with accessing CoPilot Studio in my client’s environment, and I’m hoping to get some guidance from the community.

 

Here’s some context

  • I have CoPilot Studio access with an environment set up for my organisation.
  • My client has set me up as a tenant in their organisation,  licensed me for CoPilot Studio, set up an environment and assigned me with a System Administrator role within their enviornment.
  • Despite this, I am unable to see the client’s environment in the environment dropdown when I log in.
 

I’ve tried the following troubleshooting steps:

  • Logged in through the correct domain associated with my organisation and also tried logging in via the domain for my client’s organisation (the environment I’m trying to access).
  • Cleared cache and logged out and back in multiple times.
  • Attempted to access CoPilot Studio from different browsers and in Incognito mode.
  • Verified my license and role assignment, both of which appear to be correct.
 

Despite all these efforts, the environment still doesn’t show up.

 

I’m based in New Zealand and accessing the (Australian) environment from here. Could the persisting issue be related to regional settings, or is there something in the environment setup that might have been missed?

 

Has anyone encountered a similar issue or have any suggestions for additional troubleshooting steps?

 

I would greatly appreciate any help or advice you can offer!

    Did you confirm that the provisioning process completed successfully?

    Issue resolved.

    Have been set up with internal member accounts (as opposed to the external accounts given member access to the org). Not sure if this was what was causing the problem but it certainly is a workaround.
