Delete Form to start all over

I was in my SharePoint List and selected PowerApps --> Customize Form Options but the form created incorrectly (had errors for some unknown reason).  I now do not have the ability to create a new one from scratch - every time I select the Customize Forms options it keeps opening the same one!!!😪  I have individually now removed the forms and buttons, etc. but I cannot delete the screen and cannot find out how to delete the overall entity to start from scratch.

Is there no way to delete in this application?  This is so frustrating - I would have 10 forms done in MS Access by the time I can't even get 1 form to work in Power Apps.

Try switching to the Default form first.

Hi, I have this same question that was resolved above, but I don't see Form Settings in my List Settings menu.

Does anyone know why this may be? Is it possibly that I don't have the right level of admin privileges?

... Edit - ignore my post, I didn't notice that @WarrenBelz had posted the answer above.

    Hi @Anonymous ,

Go to SharePoint List Settings > Form Settings - change back to using SharePoint Form and then you can delete the Power Apps form and start again if you want to.
