Display form issues in Power Apps Portal

Hello everybody.

 

I'm having trouble displaying logs in a Power Apps portal form, I think I've made all the correct settings.

 

Once I click view details, it pulls up a web form with an error message, without showing the record detail.

    from what I can see (and translate), the configuration seems okay.. can you also show the tab Options from the Entity List, where we have the grid configuration/actions?
