Hello,
I have looked at the answers that others have gotten and tried to get mine to work.  I am a first timer with this so I appreciate any help I can get.  I've attached screenshots of what I have done so far.
I have the same question (0)

What does your logging say? Is your deactivate button now constantly hidden or does it display always?

if i recall correctly getting the Security Roles from the context returns an array of objects. I would verify that .includes() is working as you expect by running the function on form load and seeing if it does return true or false.

otherwise you can also share the rest of the button config so we can see that the enable action is correctly tied to the right button.

@EBkar This seems to like a Security related requirement, so I would not recommend implementing JavaScript logic to fulfil it as it can be bypassed quite easily. I would recommend implementing a synchronous Dataverse plugin to validate whether the triggering user has the necessary pivileges.

I did get it working.  I didn't have it linked correctly in the ribbon workbench.  Thank you for helping me!
