Newsletter subscription topic never gets triggered

I am using "Generative (preview)" mode together with different knowledge sources, actions, and topics.

All works fine except that I am unable to trigger my "Newsletter subscription" topic. I have rewritten the "Model description" of the topics many, many times in many, many different ways but this topic just (almost) never gets triggered.

E.g. I use the following "Model description" ("Topic name" = Newsletter subscription):

This topic subscribes users to the newsletter. It can be used to sign up users for the newsletter. Trigger this topic also for cases where the user asks how to sign up for the newsletter.
This topic is triggered by user inputs such as the following:
- Sign me up to newsletter
- Sign me up for newsletter
- Subscribe me to newsletter
- I want to get the newsletter
- Get me the newsletter
- Send me the newsletter

If I then write "Sign me up for the newsletter" or "Subscribe me to the newsleter" the topic is simply not triggered except maybe once every 20 times or so. It seems that the orchestrator does not even check my topics because it just says "Retrieving..." and then "No information was found that could help answer this." and "Edit knowledge sources". So, it seems just to check knowledge sources but not topics and then does not find anything in knowledge sources and gives up.

How can I solve this? Can somebody try exactly my "Model naming" and "Model description" above?

Newsletter subscription topic never gets triggered
I tried it with exactly your wording and the topic does NEVER trigger for me either.

I have even added the line When the user wants to sign up to the newsletter, then trigger the "Newsletter subscription" topic. But it  does not help. It never triggers.

I have also rewritten your "Model description" using very, very simple and short words ("Subscribe. Sign up. Subscribe to newsletter. Sign up for newsletter."). That does not help either.
