Remove Custom Page Title and Header in Model Driven App

Hi All,

Have been trying to find a way to remove the header portion of a custom page popup in a model driven app but not able to find a way.

I made a simple boring custom page/canvas app and I'm using NavigateTo to display it, but I want to remove the header part that has the Fullscreen and Close buttons.

I've had a look at Smart Buttons but it isn't an option with that either.

That's how it looks in Page preview mode. Once you add it to the Model Driven App and Publish the App it should disappear.
