Is not clear to me if I have to define argument questions and bot's answers in a single language (and bot will provide an automatic translation depending on user language) or I have to provide multilanguage question/answer.
During tests my bot, wich I was talking in english to (but main language is italian), switched unexpectedly in italian reporting me the answer I wrote in the argument, and after the switch has been unable to return to user language...

Thank you @theMac
@CleberM are you aware of such issues with entities being translated when they should not?

I'm sorry if I stress but this is important
I'm still having some language (small) issues:
at conversation start, my bot shows a greeting message then ask to the user his name (all in italian).
When user answers it extract the userName from the answer and continue with another message (in italian).
The issue is that the userName extracted is very often (90%) translated in english, so the conversation starts as you can see attached.
It happens even if user answer with a longer frase like
"mi chiamo Matteo" (I'm Matteo)
"il mio nome è Matteo" (My name is Matteo)
Bot alway replies
"Ok Matthew, ....."
Tested even with Andrea > Andrew
Giovanni > John
Giacomo > James
and other names...
Can I do something to correct this?
