Model Driven App Quick View Form not auto-expanding multi-line text area

I have created a Quick View form and set the auto-expand;

When I utilise the quick view form into a related entity form, it completely ignores the auto-expand setting, which renders it useless.

What is the point of the setting?

    Hi @gjross ,

It's been an issue for a while that this feature does not work in the new unified interface.

This project has been on the road, but it haven't been resolved.

    For reference: https://community.dynamics.com/crm/f/microsoft-dynamics-crm-forum/312088/expand-to-use-available-space-not-working

    Best regards,

    Sik

    Thank you @v-siky-msft

It seems as though this has been on the radar for some time, so it is disappointing that it has not yet been addressed. It's fundamental for the UI to work as expected! As it stands, it's very frustrating that a feature is available but does not work.

What is the best way to escalate this?

    Hi @gjross ,

Sorry for that, I am going to submit a ticket to PowerApps Teams and feedback this issue.

Let's wait this feature to be generally available.

Currently, you'd better to increase the field height of text box appropriately to make the interface more comfortable.

    Best regards,

    Sik

    Hi @v-siky-msft

As you can see from the screenshots in the original post, I have set up line heights, but the output ignores this too.

Any updates from the "Team", this still appears to be an issue?
