I have two questions -

I created an app, and I am creating a few more, for an organization of which I am only a contractor who will be moving on eventually. By default these request come to me, as the app creator.

Q 1. Is there a way to have the notification sent to myself and another, and once I have moved on continue to go to the other, or another?

Q 2. Is there a way to, by default, automatically grant access/permission to the app to all company employees with an AD profile and/or two a group within the organization?

    @Phineas ,

    For question 1, a Service Account is the best option - just pass on the password to the next person - also stops things breaking when your account is removed.

    Question 2 - Security groups are the best option. You can I believe have an "All Company" membership, but you still have to share the app with the group.
