Hi,
we have an app that uses the Office 365 Outlook connector. One user doesn't get the consent dialog when starting the app and the first call to the connector (GetRoomLists) fails with message "Resource not found".
It seems the app doesn't recognise the use of the connector on startup for this particular user, or thinks it's allready approved.
Can you try un-sharing the app with the user, then re-sharing? That might get the consent dialog to pop up.
We have allready done that 🙂
Did you try removing the connector from your app's data connections, and re-adding it?
No we haven't tried that. It's a heavily used app and only one user has this problem, so we don't want to mess to much with the app.
But do you think that will solve the problem, or is it just a thing we could try that might help?
I think it's just something that could help, I cannot guarantee that it'll fix anything (just throwing stuff at the wall to see what sticks!)
I did help - thank you!
