I published an updated BOT. There are users using the BOT in Teams. I noticed that some users are seeing the updates and some not (including me). Is there any know reason of this behavior?

If any use for people searching, typing "start over" in the chat will bring in the latest version right away. It will clear any global variables set as well.

Awesome, Thank you!! I didn't want to have to reinstall the app each time.

"Start Over" does basically refresh the entire Teams app.

I have made several changes in my PVA bot and published it multiple times. The bot works well for some of the other users but not for me and that's really weird. I also tried to start over but it does not work. It's been a week since I am trying to find a valid solution.

    Hello,
I'm experiencing similar issue also. I've performed some updates to my chatbot. I've delivered the updates as part of a managed solution to the upper environment. I've published the bot after solution delivery, even several times to be sure. From my end, I see all the latest changes in the published chatbot. But some end-users see only part of the updates or even not all of them.
It looks like there is a cache issue of some kind but I'm unable to find anything about it

    Any idea?

    Hi @JulienF,

What channel is your bot deployed to?

Is the bot created in the classic version of PVA?

If yes, can you have the user type "start over"?

    Hi,

Chatbot is deployed to Teams. It was created in the new version, from https://web.powerva.microsoft.com/

"start over" command does not work

    That's odd.

Can you confirm that the bot was never customized outside of your development environment?

Can you check the customizations layer of your chatbot and chatbot subcomponents that don't work as expecteed?

I see an unmanaged layer indeed on the chatbot component. However, I've never created it. I do all my changes in a separate environment in an unmanaged solution. Then I export it as managed
