I published an updated BOT. There are users using the BOT in Teams. I noticed that some users are seeing the updates and some not (including me). Is there any know reason of this behavior?

    Re: Published BOT not updated

I had this issue also. I found that when I tried to chat with my bot in teams, it was not showing the most updated version that I could see on the back end. I had to publish the latest version to my team, and then I was able to use the start over command and see the updates that I had made.

This shows when the bot was last published. Hope this helps!

Hi @JulienF - I'm not sure what's wrong here. I think the best course of action to get help is to create a support request. Can you use Get Help + Support in Power Platform - Power Platform | Microsoft Learn to create one?

    Re: Published BOT not updated

    Hello @HenryJammes

The issue still persists. I'm quite puzzled and disappointed to be honest. I'm following the best practices with solution management and I would expect PVA to behave accordingly.

For now, the only workaround I've found is to remove Teams channel from the bot and create it again. So I get a new link to share with end-users. But this is not a sustainable way to work as I would have to ask all end-users to uninstall and re-add the chatbot.

    please help if possible

I've removed the unmanaged layer but still having the issue. Even the end-user removed and added back again the Chatbot in Teams. STill the issue persists

    Re: Published BOT not updated

You shouldn't have an unmanaged layer - this may be the cause of the different behavior you're experiencing between DEV and PROD.

    Re: Published BOT not updated

I see an unmanaged layer indeed on the chatbot component. However, I've never created it. I do all my changes in a separate environment in an unmanaged solution. Then I export it as managed

    That's odd.

Can you confirm that the bot was never customized outside of your development environment?

Can you check the customizations layer of your chatbot and chatbot subcomponents that don't work as expecteed?

    Re: Published BOT not updated

    Hi,

Chatbot is deployed to Teams. It was created in the new version, from https://web.powerva.microsoft.com/

"start over" command does not work
