Add choice columns to share point list from the excel column.

Hi,
I have share point list with column 'Task_ID', I would like to add new choices every time a row is added in my excel sheet. 
Please help me in achieving this.

    So to be clear, you have a Choice Column in SharePoint?
    It has 1-N already existing Options
     
    You want to automatically try to add another choice, but on a value, in a a column in a row in an excel sheet?
     
    This is possible, but there are many details missing
     
    Where is the Excel sheet?
    When does it get updated?
    are you able to write a Flow that would get Triggered when the Excel gets Updated, so you can trigger the flow to make the HTTP Call to SharePoint (which you will need to do) to Add the new choice?
     
    Thats the answer of what you would need to do, if I have your ask correct.
