Missing Solution dependencies: Power Platform Dataflows

I setup  Power Platorm Pipelines spanning Dev, Test and Producton envrionments. One of my users reported this issue:
 
 
 
 
Just I don't remember configuring this in Dev via AppSource / Dynamics 365 Apps , so is this a recent requirement?

    You said one of your users. So does everyone else it works for?
     
    Do they themselves have a dependency on this for THEIR solution? And its not about the pipelines, its about an issue with this persons attempt to import
     
    Also, its not an error, its just a warning.

    @@FLMike Yes, we have been able to deploy and ignore this warning. In this case this was admin flow that refreshed the dataflows, so not really part of the overal solution.
