I have multiple users that cant get to the https://make.powerapps.com/home page. They get a prompt to Authenticate and then it fails. This happens in IE and in Chrome browser.
Anyone else solve this issue?

Do you mean the users have valid account and they can sign in with other browsers?
Do you try to clear cache and cookies of IE and Chrome and then try to sign in ?
And is ther some error messages or warning messages of your issue?Could you please share the screenshot of this?

Hi Yumia,
Users have a valid E3 account that includes PowerApps. All other apps can be accessed online and just Powerapps that gives an issue.
I did clear the cache and cookies and still a problem.
I attached the error.
