Power Apps Grid Control just stopped showing up

Hello,

After getting assistance from some kind folks on the board here last week I was able to get an app configured and working pretty much as I wanted, which has been challenging for me working with this technology.  I had added the Power Apps Grid Control to the entity definition for a table, configured it to be editable, added a lookup to another table, and added a view to the table to a model driven app I had created.  Everything worked well, I was researching disabling individual columns in the view but I hadn't made any adjustments.

Today I wanted to demonstrate my updates and when I opened my app and accessed the view, it instead was the read only grid.  I could double-click a row to edit the record based on the form, but I couldn't edit in place.  I've checked and double-checked the settings for the grid, ensured it's still editable, republished and reloaded, but I can't get it working again.  If anyone has any ideas on things I could check and/or try I'd appreciate hearing them.

Thanks!

Dave Spaar
