hi

 

Can I check I follow April Dunnan to get Manager

I need to get User - Manager - Manager

 

SP list under

Manger email is people group, 

Manger Name - single line

Manager dept, title, contact single line

 

Under datacard Manager email, it didn't auto populate to display the manager email? but if I click the dropdown it shows all staff from in 0365

2) How can the manager name, depart, title and contact auto pick out based on the Manager Email display or selected?

I did a test on text card, no error but nothing is show?

3)  I want to populate to display who this manager report to (it's manager's manager info) , how to do it?

 

4) for staff info, email and info, can I use SP list as single line for all?

    Since you are not a new-fresh in our forum, you should have known that we could only focus on one case in one thread to better focus on the new problem and ensure the service quality.

     

    1). How you create the varManager

    2). How you set the Items poperty of the people picker

     

    A tip for you, list all the details about the varManager and how you set the Items property of the people picker, I could not figure it out without the mentioned details.

    Hi @v-qiaqi-msft 

     

    I need to get the User's reporting officer info  and it's manager's direct manager  info if possible auto populate into the form

    however some User might not have a Reporting Officer but has a direct manager

     

    I plan to have a toggle to select if they have Reporting officer or not, if they select no, it will only show the direct manager boxes .

    I was follow the video fr April's that auto populate the manager info not sure if it work on my requirement.

    Perhaps, this will not work.  Do advise what the best way to do it
    Can I check if it's a must to use dropdown instead of datacard, as I see that most tutorial used the dropdown instead. thanks
