Your organization doesn't currently allow its users to purchase Microsoft Power Apps for Developer

Hi,

 

I'm wondering if something has to be done with Azure( I'm not Azure admin, that's why I don't know what I don't know :)) to allow me to sing-up to to Power Apps for Developer. Currently I'm facing the following message. 

 

Your organization doesn't currently allow its users to purchase Microsoft Power Apps for Developer. Contact your IT admin for more information.

    Yes, it seems your global admin blocked the users to sign-up developer plans using the work account. 

    https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-platform/admin/powerapps-powershell#block-trial-licenses-commands 

     

    You need to contact global admins if they can allow developer plan.
