I see that you can clearly use Microsoft Copilot Studio / Power Virtual agents in a Teams Channel. I'm trying to implement Copilot Studio / Power Virtual Agents in a Viva Engage community instead.
The goal being - having a Viva Engage community setup in a question and answer format. The power virtual agent responding initially with a blanket auto response with general information.. and then eventually implementing keyword matching based on what the customer sends and having the agent respond with guidance based on keywords.
