MS Dynamics NAV OData V4

Hi, I'm trying to connect the NAV OData V4 URL to Power Apps.
I have signed up for MS Azure and completed the necessary registration to connect Power Apps with OData,
but API.ReadWrite.All is marked as not granted.
I'm looking for a way to connect the OData URL directly in Power Apps without using Azure.
Can you please provide guidance on how to do this?
