Error creating app from data

Hello everybody,

I would like to ask you kindly for help with my problem, I have found nothing about the issue on the web / in the community.

I have adapted a SharePoint Online list form with Powerapps and then deleted same via the form settings of the sharepoint list. I have repeated this several times. Last time, following error message occurred.

Even after a while (about 2 hours), I can not create a new app based on this list. Is it possible to adapt a form using Powerapps without deleting and recreating the underlying list? Further, can anyone explain me why the form was'nt deleted in the cloud (sync issues?).

If anyone wonders why I repeated the procedure several times, I just did a few comparison tests for my understanding. The underlying list does not contain any data and can be easily deleted and restored, but I'm interested if there's another solution for this.

Hi @NCSchoon ,

The error message shows you have one same name app.And could you please try to clear cookies and cache or your currently browser and sign out and sign in again and try to find the same name app and choose to delete it.And then create the new one.Or you can change another name for the app or change another environment to create the same name one.You can also try to change other browsers to test.

thanky you for your reply. I've repeated the procedures on an different browser but with no success. It's an customized list form and unfortunately these ones can only be deleted in the SP list itself. At my last try 've deleted the form that way, but in the powerapps admin center the form is still listed. There's no way to restore or delete it from there.
Further, renaming ist not possible too. When I create a new customized form based ont the list, the powerapps application will be opened and fires the error message. The form in the application has no name and it's not possile to save or rename it (which for customized list forms is also only possible by useing a trick), an click on the save button has no function.
Environments are also more a solution for canvas apps since customized forms will only be created in the default environment. Plese correct me if I'm wrong.
Thank you anyway, it looks like it's not possible to delete the form from the cloud... maybe with some powershell magic?

Edit: I've discovered a post from @kensho5 in the idea section. This one could be a solution for that kind of trouble.
