Hello,
My team is building a Business Process Flow in a model-driven Power App, using several custom entities.
Currently, our business process flow spans two entities. Entity A is the primary entity, and is the entity for most of the stages. A has a 1:N relationship with entity B, and entity B is the entity for two of the stages. The first stage for B works as desired, allowing the user to select a related B record before they progress to the stage. The desired behavior for the second stage for B is identical, we would like the user to again select a related B record for the second B stage, so the two stages can optionally operate on different records.
However, it seems that the record selected in the first B stage becomes selected by the business process flow, meaning that the user is not prompted to select a second record as they move to the second B stage. The same record shows up for both stages.
Is there any way to change this behavior to allow one business process flow to span multiple records of the same entity on different stages?
